Another good day - appetite definitely better so feeling much more relaxed about things.

Food:
Snacks: macadamias and raisins, raw Nakd bar (ok, not quite 100% raw it's got rolled oats in it, but it's pretty good)
L: Green smoothie (spinach, banana, apricots, apple)
D: "Not" meatballs (walnut "pate") with Arabbiata sauce with side salad

Weight loss still happening, down another couple of pounds making 10 since 1st Jan. Almost into a pair of 36 waist jeans for the first time in several years:)

My food today:

B: huge fruit smoothie, piece of strawberry shortcake
D: huge salad with caesar dressing, raw chili
S: raw choc ice cream
S: swiss 'cheese' and tomatoes on onion/flax bread

I had to increase my green intake. My body is asking for more nutrients. I have to figure out which raw foods have a good source of B-12 and Vit-D. So far, i'm not having luck.

B: 3 cups of kale 1/4 cup of mixed berries smoothie
S: scoop wheat grass and grounded flaxeed w/water , juiced carrot, apple, ginger
L: 3 cups blended green Kale and 1/4 cup mixed berries
D: broccoli, carrots, cashews, garlic and salsa salad
S: 1 cup mixed berries

2x Large green smoothies
6 Brazil nuts
pineapple/spinach blend (1/2 blender)
4 dates
Dinner will be 2 nori rolls again (they were wonderful last night)

Did not have any time to post yesterday.

Today I had:

2 bananas
4 navel oranges
2 pears
2 crackers
2 raw pickles
1/2 cup of walnut pecan cherry ginger granola
1 chocolate spirulina maca ball

I feel so tired since I started this I wish I had this big increase in energy everybody is having.

B grapefruit, larabar
snack 3 chocolate cookies.
lunch, quac w/ flax crackers and raw carrot cake from Glaser farms.
snack 2 more cookies
dinner I only had 2 banannas. will have another snack later on...

Faced my first raw challenge last night...dinner out with friends. We ended up going to a local Mexican resturant. All food (including chips) is made on premise throughout the day and the waitress seemed to support/surprised by some of my questions. I had a salad with tons of fresh pico de gallo (I had them add a bit of fresh garlic). Twas amazing.
