How to quickly clean green teeth?

I have green teeth after eating sunflower greens.
Any ideas? My fingernail works somewhat, while a toothbrush doesn't work as well as expected! Are there brushes out there that are tougher than a toothbrush but still safe for our teeth?

What do you use to brush your teeth? I use baking soda/sea salt and that seems like it would vape the green off but then again I've never had sunflower greens.
