I soaked a bunch of almonds to make almond milk, but I guess I left them out too long, because I made the milk, put it in the fridge, and the next day it had separated and was stinky. I'm wondering if I can still do something with the pulp, like make cheese. How would I do that?

Is my "almond kefir" good for anything at all? It's a lot of almonds!

Thanks!

I'd try a Cheexe. I would put it in the Vita-Mix blend and strain it through Cheese Cloth in the Fridge until all the water is released. Then season as you wish.
