I've heard that mana bread was raw but when I purchased two loaves this am and read the packages, it didn't appear that they were raw........ it said baked at a low temperature.
Does anyone know if mana bread is ok... and if not, what is an alternative I can purchase......... don't have time to dehydrate and cook.
Thanks......... Pepper :)

You wont find raw bread at the store, to my knowledge. The only raw bread I know of besides the flatbreads, is Essene bread, which you have to make and dehydrate. I am not sure if there is a raw Essene bread on the market.
As far as the cooked world goes, I have seen sprouted grain bread listed in a lot of raw books as a transitional food. It is not raw, but it is the healthiest choice when choosing cooked bread. I have also read it is far easier to digest when lightly toasted.
Maybe someone else knows if you can buy raw Essene bread already made?
Blessings~

Manna bread, while it kicks butt in the cooked food-world (who can argue with such PURE ingredients?), is indeed cooked. That's been confirmed by Nature's Path.
