Hello. Last night I had 2 of them pulled out.
As of right now the only thing I think I can have is green smoothies.
But I thought I'd ask if there's anything special I can put in them to help promote extra healing? (I really love kale, should I try spinach too?)
Yay for blending foods!
Thank you :)

I had 2 of mine pulled out just before Christmas. Green Smoothies are amazing, the vit K and minerals found in the leafy greens really help with a speedy recovery. I healed very quickly, quicker than I expected. And even though it didn't feel good, I didn't use any of the prescribed pain killer medications. I think it made a huge difference. I lived off of wonderful blended foods.
