Hemp Ice Cream

Hi everyone,

Can you make ice cream out of hemp. I have a nut allergy so cant go down the cashew route.

Hemp or any other would be lovely!!!

why not make it out of frozen fruit?

banana is wonderfully delicious... so is banana raspberry!

I found hemp butter is pretty amazing. I actually like it better than almond butter and most other butters. Not sure how the seed would work. Or you can just keep it simple like Aleesha mentioned.

You can use pretty much whatever you want to make ice cream. Any nut, any seed, any fruit, Coconut (people can't decide if its a nut, seed, or fruit... so). David Wolfe had a fire looking recipe for mint ice cream that used hemp seeds in his book Sunfood Diet Success System.

I use hemp seeds in all of my ice cream.
