Okay, so I read that I should be doing twice daily enemas while I fast, and then once daily when I eat raw food, because I need to get tons of gunk out of my bowels. Well, I've been doing enemas once a day (don't look forward to them), and feel my body never really clears out if I don't do them.
My question is, is it normal to need an enema to have a BM in the morning? And when I do an enema, how do I know if I got everything out?
My only symptom is being overweight; I don't have pain or constipation or anything.

Some Authors do prescribe to doing enemas or colonics daily. I used to do it because reading that there was a lot of black tar gunk that had to be removed. Well I'm over that, I just watch My Stools and I know what's happening.
I think there's a difference in your Body and Stools when you are really ill, maybe that's where they get the tar from. I still have a Colima Board I spent too much Money on.
Eating RAW, especially Fruit and Vegetables + staying hydrated should keep things Moving for you. Add some Exercise and the weight should be No problem.

Does this question only apply to when you are fasting.

It applies all the time.

I would not think that it is normal to need an enema to have a movement especially if you are raw. It should be second nature.
