please help-carrot stuck in drum of omega juicer

i put a carrot that was too wide into the omega juicer and it is stuck in the drum of the juicer.

Did you try the plunger? You may have to try to cut it while it's in there.

btw, i love the omega juicer! i think it is such an awesome juicer!

Did you do what I said or did you figure out a different way? I was just guessing. I once had that issue with the Breville I use to have. Can't remember what I did though. Carrots are the toughest to juice without making them very thin. Cutting length-wise helps. The good juicers all have such small mouths, but there must be a reason why.
