I definitely had some cravings today for Swiss cheese and marzipan, a testimony the recent Christmas. I know, however, from my previous attempts at raw foods that a "definitely no way" is a lot better than many weak nos.

The temptation lasted only a short time but I did end up eating a lot of food today.

2 bananas
1 pear
1/2 avocado
10 small square flax seed crackers
9 almond Zen balls (this was totally too much, they are so dense and filling)
2 coconut almond macaroons

Day 5 is going to be a green day. I stocked up today and I am craving green.
