I want something like a hummus to dip my carrots and celery in, but I can't tolerate the garlic, onion, or tahini.
I loved the way the zucchini hummus tasted but can't have a lot of those ingredients.
SO, does anyone have a good "dip" and one that doesn't contain any nuts/seeds either. It doesn't have to be a hummus type dip.
Thanks, sorry to be so complicated
