Excellent day today - considerably more appetite - and I was starting to worry a little! Felt pretty good today - best all round day so far.
Supermarket was selling off short dated fruit so quite a fruity day today:
B: cherries, banana
L: smoothie (spinach, banana, strawberries, blueberries)
S: strawberries, grapes
D: salad (romaine, corn, cucumber, celery, spring onion, tomatoes, grapes, ACV dressing) with Cheesy Broccoli (from Alissas book - and it was fabulous - got another lot going in the dehydrator now)
Snack later will be some raw choc

I'm sorry to have fallen off for a while. I've stayed mostly raw, but did need to slip in some cooked soups. This flu/cold that I had has really knocked me for a loop. In hindsight, I wish I would have stopped the raw intro (or decreased it) and worked on getting over the illness first. I lost an entire week of productivity to it. Ugh.
I went out tonight to buy a few things and it exhausted me.. but I do feel good about resuming 100% raw tomorrow. I'm also hoping to go to Sams so I can really stock up on stuff.

Today was a good day...
Stayed 100% raw and still loving it...
Dining:
Breakfast:
Banana, Orange, 1L water
Lunch:
Mixed salad with Avacado dressing, banana
Dinner:
Mixed salad with Avacado dressing, banana, necatrine, leftover cantulope
Weight Release:
Weightloss has come to a standstill for today. I contribute this to yesterday's 1) not eating enough 2) not drinking enough water (I'm in Upstate NY and it's freezing) 3) The may have used a tinsy bit too much sea salt in the avacado salad dressing and my body may be retaining water.
That being said, today was great and I fully expect a loss tomorrow.
Tomorrow I also go grocery shopping so I am scowering the forum for simiple recipes to tide me over for the week.

B: apple and banana smoothie
S: scoop wheat grass and grounded flaxeed w/water
L: 2 cups blended green Kale with/Water
D: mixed green salad, kale, broccoli sprouts and salsa
S: clementine
ThatGirlfit85, I was eating pistachios earlier this year I had to take a break so that I wont over eat on them.
Great job on the weight lost ViolinCyndee !

Had a great day today :)
Large Green Smoothie (banana/spinach)
