Another Rawsome day!!!

A most unpleasant day :(

Have felt bloated and tired all day. Streaming nose. Headaches. Aching muscles. Horrendous taste in my mouth. You name it.

I know - it's detox!

On the plus side:
1. lost another pound - 8 so far since 1/1/10
2. dehydrator arrived

Food:
1 raw apple bar
few raisins
part of a green smoothie (spinach, apple, banana, orange)
marinated portabellos (tasty) with Alissa's Cauliflower mash and mushroom gravy (didn't like this either, couldn't eat it all)
have a sort of berry cobbler/crumble later this evening too (pumpkin seed/almond/date "crust" with blueberry syrup and blueberries and blackberries.

Off to play with the dehydrator now :)

Hmmm..today was a learning experience on what NOT to do

Breakfast: apple and strawberries (can't go wrong there)
Mid-Morning - Green smoothie with kale. Ingredients were 2 bananas, 1 apple and 2 cups of kale. MUST use mango with kale. Just way too bitter. Plus MUST blend longer..wayyyy to chunky. But it was downed.
1/2 cup walnuts
Dinner salad and the next learning experience....cold spinach soup. Good thing I made a large salad...hahaha

Last night my energy was through the roof. Today I could not stay focused or motivated.

Congrats to everyone. I am very happy with continuing on my 92 day juice feast. I am on day 6 as well and I love it. I do want to make more veggie juice though. I am not that good at it so far. I am still mixing fruit and veggie juice, but I am trying to transition to 3 separate quarts of veggie juice and 1 quart fruit. Right now I am doing about half and half, maybe slightly less veggie juice, idk? So are there any delicious veggie juices that can be recommended? I would love to do a V8 style juice, but it has to drinkable.:D Send your suggestions!

Todays food:
1-Orange
2-banana
3-pear
4-romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas
5-few raw almonds and raisins
6-Now eating another small salad with romaine lettuce and tomato, flax cracker

Have fun with dehydrator gecko--I'm jealous, don't have one yet.

B: scoop wheat grass and grounded flaxeed w/water
L: 2 cups blended green Kale with 1 apple smoothie ( ohh green kale instead of red)
D: mixed green salad, avocado, cucumber, broccoli sprouts and salsa
S: mix berry smoothie w/ mixed green food protein
maybe a clementine later

I need to find more recipes, I'm just so lazy.I think the real reason is if I prepare tasty meal I just might eat too much of it.

Large Green Smoothie
6 cashews
3 large (very tasty) flax seed crackers with avo/tomato
tbls choc ice cream
large salad with the usual :) ok decided to have two nori rolls with the salad inside instead

Lots of water today and feeling great

This was a great day. So far I have no major detox symptoms. Exercise is definitely helpful.

Today I had
4 bananas
3 oranges
2 pears
4 crackers with avo
1 small scoop of cherry chocolate gelato
