This is what I have every morning, I replaced my daily coffee with it and now I crave this and not the coffee. I even have my b/f drinking it and he loves it too - which is a miracle. He is usually the one that asks for it! :)
This makes 2 14-16oz. servings:
1-2 bunches of kale
1-2 bunches of romaine lettuce
(I usually use one kale + two romaine or two kale + one romaine - depending on what I have each day)
2 fiji apples
1 big red delicious apple
1 lemon
I just throw it all in the juicer and then mix with a spoon and pour it in my travel "coffee" mug and drink on the way to work. It is great. I really feel a difference energy wise if I miss a day.
Good Luck!

Did you mean to say juicer or blender. I do mine in the blender.

Wow this is great - thanks!!!!! I just came from the grocery store and didn't pick up any Kale but I plan on trying this the first chance I get. I tend to drink fruitie smoothies in the morning but they give me such a hyped buzz..I am looking for something else. I am also looking for something to drink before I run.

Sport -
I do it in the juicer. You could probably do it in the blender, but it would be a little chunkier. :)
