Hello from Northern Indiana

Greetings! I was raw for four months about 3 years ago. Now I've committed myself to the next four months for my first goal and will set another after that. I know how much better I feel eatting raw foods. I dread the first couple of weeks because I know they are the hardest. I should have slowed into it, but I'm a cold turkey kind-of gal. All or Nothing. It has only been 3 days but I'm here for the long run. I'll try to stay active on the boards and share updates when I can.

Welcome aboard. I entered the world in Michigan City back in '64. Been gone a long time but still swing thru every few years. I wish you all the best on your raw journey. I like your "all in" attitude as well. Give yourself a chance to get comfortable and it will produce results like you can never have imagined.
