Hi there, I'm starting off the New Year with the 30 day Challenge but know it must be a longer commitment than that, lets say a lifetime.

I live in Australia, am married with 5 children and am 44 years. I already have Alissa's book and DVD so I'm armed and ready, lol, let the fun begin.

Oh and I have a heap of weight to lose, around 50 pds, urgh!!!
