I'm looking for a good book or websites about food combining and having no luck! Please help!

Also, what is coconut considered? Fruit, nut? I know one rule of food combining is to stay away from fruits + fats. Does this mean that a smoothie with young coconut water is a bad combo? And if avocado is considered a fruit, can it be eaten with other fruits?

Thanks!

Kristen

Dr. Graham's is the most comprehensive food combining chart I've seen:

www.doctorgraham.cc - it is called the High Energy Nutrition Guide

I like it because it's all on one sheet and simple to use. I put it up on my fridge for easy reference.

There are two food combining books I use.

1) Food Combining Made Easy
by Dr. Herbert Shelton

2) Raw Food Pearamid + Food Combining Chart
by Dave Klein

Both are available on this site=>

The Raw Food Detox Diet book also has a chapter on food combining. The author is Natalia Rose.
