I got a Vitamix!!! [Archive]

This morning I came into work to see a big box on my desk. (yesterday was my bridal shower and my boss was unable to make it) I open up the box and see a Vitamix 4500!!!! :eek: Talk about surprised! My boss is how I got interested in the raw food lifestyle, and we'd had a funny conversation about 2 weeks ago re: Vitamix prices and my budget, lol. I'm so excited to start using this. I may have to fully open the box and get the recipe book out. Now all I need is a dehydrator...hmmmmmmmmm.... lol

I couldn't wait to get home to play with my new vitamix. My fiance doens't get it, but then again he doesn't have to. As far as the dehydrator goes, a good frien is giving me hers as they never use it. so very very soon i will have a dehydrator, lol

well maybe he would "get it" if he knew how expensive the vitamix's are ;)
that's the part my hubby "gets"...everything else to him is "raw food
yadda yadda yadda"...LOL he really is supportive, just not "into" raw foods...
that is so awesome that your getting a dehydrator too! YAA!

Last week my MIL gave my best friend her brand new 5 sheet dehydrator
that she never used. My friend is so excited because she'd been saving up for one for awhile.
