tounge ears + sinuses

hey everyone i have had this weird problem for a while never really thought of it as a bad thing and still don't really but i have this blockage feel in my ears like if i do certain exercise moves like bending down and then come back up i feel like my ear is trying to unblock itself and then you have this feeling of something in your nose on the same side as the ear trying to do the same. and then when you go to blow your nose you have this really tickly feeling lol. is this a whole load of toxins trying to release. maybe my hearing will skyrocket afterward. it's been like this ever since i went raw and finally when i had that icky yellow stuff at the back of my tounge after my last ever antibiotics raw took it away in under a week but i still have these red bumpy things at the back is this normal or still a fungal infection?

I haven't had the nose or tongue thing, but I have had ear stuff since going raw. Three times over in the last month I've had days where my right ear has fluid in it. It sounds in that ear like I'm listening to things from the bottom of a swimming pool. Each time I've had this it has been progressively milder and lasted shorter periods. I've never before had fluid in my ears, even when really sick so I'm pretty certain it's a detox thing. I did have a iridologist tell me that my lymph system was pretty congested so since there are lymph glands right by the ear I'm thinking that the lymph is cleansing.

I'm fighting some thoroat/sinus infection for the last 7 months--swollen glands, tonsils, upper stuffed sinuses etc. I always feel like I want to yawn to pop my ears! It's like something wants to come out. let me know how your turn out :)

I'm not sure what yours looks like, but your tongue is supposed to have large red bumpy things on the back of it.

The sinus/ear thing is detox, I've had it too.
