Does anyone have a recipe for mushroom jerky? Jerky was always my favorite snack, and they have soy/seitan/mushroom substitutes, but I can't find any online recipes on how to make the mushroom version. I'm going to just try and make it up myself, but I thought if anyone here had a tried and true version that I'd probably have better luck with that. I know I saw one in a raw foods book somewhere!
