chocolate mousse!!! mmm yummy.

medjool date - pitted. fill with pecan and drizzle with raw cocoa sauce.

make the sauce by adding raw cocao with agave/honey and a little water till you get the consistency you want.

enjoy!

oh and one of my favourites...

celery sticks with raw almond butter (or another other butter) with agave or honey drizzled over top!

Lots and lots and lots! We just had our favorite raw dessert yet, chocolate pecan pie, not a crumb left, and no dehydrator. Look in my blog for a link to the recipe.

If you have a food processor you can make raw truffles (http://therawtarian.com/raw-chocolate-truffles-recipe/). In a pinch, you can make them in a blender, but it's a lot more awkward.
