I am looking for a second copy of Alissa's book

as I lent mine out and it has been lost. I live in canada and the shipping rates are pretty high from the USA. Last time, I was lucky enough to have a canadian live food teacher pass one on to me with just the standard canadian shipping rate. Does anyone know of a canadian teacher or a source in canada where the books are for sale? I am in BC. thanks to anyone that can hook me up:)
