Hello all,

I whipped up this delicious salad dressing the other night. It is divine. I'm sorry I don't have exact measurements.

Blend up

About half to 3/4 of one of those square containers of cherry tomatoes
About a tablespoon of raw tahini
a couple of squeezes of lime juice
a few dulse leafs
some soaked sundried tomatoes (squeeze out the extra water before putting in blender)
about 1/4 of a red or yellow or orange bell pepper
some green onion stems or some purple onion
Salt and/or pepper to taste

Delish!!! I was licking the sides of the vita mix! :-)

I'm sure it would make a great pate if you wanted to add more tahini to make it thicker.

Enjoy!

Blessings,

Audrey

Thanks for reminding be about tahini. I need to go to the store today! And I really need a new good dressing. This looks so delish.

I don't mind not having exact measurements. We're all different, so posting this way is like a 'suggestion' of amounts to proportion to our own will.

I find that the Glaser Farms tahini is the best that I've ever had. It is so fresh tasting and creamy. I really love it. I don't know if you can find it near where you live but you can definitely buy it on their website.

Blessings,

Audrey

I got a different brand, one I usually get from Whole Foods, but I might try that next time.

Hey, I am going to make this today, but I see you say "blend up" at the beginning of the recipe. Do you actually meant blender or do you use a food processor?

Ack, I love sesame anything!
