How long does raw food stay fresh for??

I'm asking because I made a raw dish the other day... and I'm eating the leftovers now... I hope it's still fresh!

I made zucchini pasta with a marinara sauce (tomatoes, semi dried tomatoes, basil, garlic etc)

How long will this stay fresh for?

thanks

It depends on the meal. You'll have to judge as best you can yourself based on the color, taste, etc. Lemon juice can make something stay fresh for longer. I'm fresh like that.

Usually a few days. Most you probably shouldn't keep longer than a week, depending on what's in it. You can freeze most foods if you need it longer. Surprisingly many meals will stay taste just as good after defrosting.

Zucchini pasta will get soggy pretty quickly. But tomato sauce will mostly keep for 2-3 days in the fridge, and it freezes well.

Things like lemon juice, salt, oil, acv, honey etc. will preserve food better. And water content plays a large role.
Most dishes will keep for at least two days anyway.
