Do you have a veggie peeler? Make some raw noodles out of a zucchini and dice up the ingredients for a lovely tomato sauce. It will be chunky sauce, but yummy just the same.

Make nori wraps...leaf lettuce wraps...all you need are cut up veggies in there!

Besides...fresh raw is best. Use your imagination! :D

I did all-raw for several months, twice, in the past without using my dehydrator or food processor.

I loved making the following:

Green Smoothies...

Raw Soups... especially Tomato Soup! Carrot Miso and Corn Chowder are new favorites, too, and blenders do just fine. :D

Raw Nori Rolls... wrap up sliced veggies and sprinkle some Bragg's on top, then roll them up in a Nori Sheet - voila!

Chunky, Spicy Salsa with Sliced Cucumbers for "chips"... filling and YUMMM!

I also just ate alot of fresh fruits by themselves - bananas, avocados, and handfuls of nuts and raisins, occasionally, too!

And of course, nearly everyday, a HUGE SALAD!! :D

There are a ton of Casserole-style dishes you can eat without using a dehydrator that are really delicious, too. Be creative! Listen to your body! It's really quite fun. :D

Oh thanks! For some reason I felt overwhelmed thinking I had to buy all these items! Whew!

you don't NEED them,- I went raw without any machines. Simple is more fun.

You can still get them later on if you feel like it

You can totally be raw with just a blender.

I've written a lot about how I went raw. I started with just a blender, then I got a food processor ($50) after about a month, then I upgraded more over time.

Set yourself goals. Here's my long version of how I did it, what I bought, and when I felt it was time to buy it (http://therawtarian.com/raw-food-how-to/).
