New Raw Coconut Products

Have you seen these new raw coconut products yet?

I haven't tried it yet but am looking forward to it! Here's the website:

Click on "products". They've got:

Coconut Aminos (to replace Nama Shoyu or Braggs)
Coconut Vinegar (to replace apple cider vinegar)
Coconut Nectar (to replace agave nectar)
Coconut Crystals (to replace dry sugar)
Coconut Flour (to blend with or replace nut flour)

They don't have a way to buy online yet but I know they sell some of these at my local Whole Foods.

I've tried coconut vinegar and it's a very strange flavor. The only thing I found it worked for was okra salad.

The nectar looks interesting.
