Does any one have any info on how to avoid tooth erosion. I have pretty soft, not good teeth, lots of dental work and I don't want to compromise my enamel. Thanks for any help!

some general tips are to eat only ripe fruit, to eat lots of greens, to make sure that you are not dehydrated (drink plenty of water, or eat plenty of juicy fruit). Also, eating lots of dried fruit and nuts is not too good for the teeth.
Gosia.
Here's some info from Frederic Patenaude, maybe it will help.

nothing against Frederic, not his fault....just an alert for everyone. I ordered the toothsoap via PayPal and ever since have been receiving emails from something that looks exactly like PayPal requesting an update of personal information. If you get this report it to your internet service provider and don't click on anything!

Yeah, I get those too. I haven't ordered anything from Frederic, but I do use PayPal to sell with and I get these bogus emails from people trying to pose as PayPal. But PayPal will never ask for personal information in an email or on their site. You can also report the bogus emails to spoof@paypal.com
But about the tooth erosion, in addition to what has already been said, also try to rinse with or drink water after eating citrus or dried fruits. If you eat citrus, don't brush IMMEDIATELY after, but wait about 15 min. to a half an hour before brushing as I've read that citrus plus brushing too soon after eating it can erode the enamel.

Swish and gargle water with baking soda to neutralize the acid. I did this with straight lemon juice, works fast, actually bubbled in my mouth. After couldn't taste the lemon juice, either.
