Starting January 1st, I'm going to be doing the one month raw challenge, and I'm trying to anticipate what foods might distract me from my health goals. I already know I'm going to make tons of crackers to have on hand, probably some breads, but I know that baked sweets are always my downfall when it comes to healthy eating--especially pastries and things filled with chocolate! :) What raw recipes do you make to keep heavier dessert cravings in check? What about cravings for bread?

If you don't have Alissa's book, I'd suggest you get it. If you do, make her burger buns and burgers.

If you'll have access to a dehydrator, I love dehydrated bananas (not store bought!!!!!! the DIY kind, which are divine and chewy). I also usually have cookies on hand. These creamy lemon cookies (http://therawtarian.com/raw-lemon-cookie-recipe/) are my favourites right now.
