I almost always have a green smoothie for breakfast (banana, apple, lettuce/parsley or kale, cinnamon).
Nuts for snacks.
Lunch is usually a favourite Greek salad (lettuce, black olives, tomatoes, avocado, pecans, red onions with apple cider vinegar).
Nuts or fruit for snacks.
Dinner is usually something more exciting, like nori rolls, raw alfredo sauce (http://therawtarian.com/raw-alfredo-sauce-recipe/), veggie burgers with raw mayo (http://therawtarian.com/raw-mayonnaise-recipe/) and raw ketchup (http://therawtarian.com/raw-ketchup-recipe/), etc etc....
Cookies (http://therawtarian.com/raw-lemon-cookie-recipe/) or another smoothie for dessert!

Varies daily for me. Get yourself a copy of Alissa's book LIVING ON LIVE FOOD -- it's jam packed with food ideas, recipes, menu plans, and above all, the one piece of advise that makes RAW simple, fantastic and fun: "LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!" :D
