Hi, everyone! I'm just new to this whole thing. Had been a vegan for about 2 yrs, about 10 yrs ago and felt good while I was living that way. I now am transitioning from a real food junkie to try eating raw, like you are. I appreciate all the help anyone wants to give and with the reading I've done on the blogs, I can see that everyone is so supportive. I hope my journey will help to inspire others as well. I appreciate any tips you all can give me for my lunches and suppers. I'm a 67 yr old female with lotsa health issues and I try to live as healthfully as possible. Thanks for being there, everyone!
