I swear my body has been changing from eating slower & chewing my food really good!
Is that possible to loose weight from this?
Well the more thoroughly you chew food the more digestible it becomes, is something I've heard of before.
Although, the slower you eat, the quicker you become full so you also end up eating less :P

Absolutely. The digestive process begins in the mouth so, as Amii says, your body is probably absorbing more nutrients and feels satisfied with less. Do you find yourself eating less?

Yes! I do! My smoothies are like 1/4th-1/2 less than what they used to be (even though it was alot of excess ice- I cut back on the ice & water & drink alot less & don't feel full) MUCH BETTER FEELING!
Sometimes I'll make a big salad with a bowl of fruit & find myself putting half the fruit back in the fridge cause I'm not hungry anymore! & my salads are smaller with less in them. I may just do like 2-2cups of sprouts & some tomatoes or something drizzled with olive oil & a small apple & I'm good!

There's your answer then. How many times a day are you eating? I hear 5-6 small meals keeps the metabolism going and I'm thinking your digestion is getting better so, absorbing and digesting faster, so, eating fairly often. Would this be accurate or no?

I do eat 5-6 smaller meals a day! I always have. I like it that way, especially since I like food HAHA

Translation=chew the food into juice and chew the juice you make
