Hello all
Bought used Champion Juicer - now love carrot/apple juice
The matter is - there's so much of carrot/apple left after they are juiced
I made pates from this adding nuts/greens/spices - how else the after juice veggies could be used???
I just can't see so much going to waste..
Any advice??

Well...you could start a compost pile & give back to the environment... Or, add some flax & spices to it & make great crackers, if you have a dehydrator... Or, make Alissa's pizza Bread, which is 'da Bomb!!!! Or, freeze it & add to smoothies a bit @ a time... Or, make Alissa's Almost Beef recipe...

I freeze the carrot pulp in a huge tupperware. When the container is full, I usually make Alissa's BBQ Chicken Wings and a raw Carrot Cake!
For all the other types of pulp, I simply add them to my compost collection.

put pulp in a pot / bowl , add water and if want mash up pulp with manual potato type masher to extract more juice . then strain thru fine metal kitchen type strainer and add to your pure juice from juicer for a slightly diluted though still nutricious / good tasting drink . and by then the pulp is pretty much devoid of nutrients , though im sure many would use it in things like dehydrated breads / cookies . but i dont dehydrate so've no recipes
