Raw Brown Potatos

I personally like brown raw potatoes with spices. Anyone hear if thats not a good thing?

Alissa has at least one recipe for potato chips using raw potatoes (a salt and vinegar recipe). I tried it...not bad! Especially if paired with her onion dip.

I must have done them wrong because they came out tiny, chewy and yucka. What did I do wrong I wonder? :mad:
