Hello,


Recently (3-4 weeks ago) i stopped takeing antibiotics for my acne. At this point I had taken them for 6 months + and my skin looked good. But i thought this was more down to my diet than the antibiotics. But 3-4 weeks on and my skin is getting a lot worse. This is really worrying for me because when my acne was bad i got really deepresed.


Can anyone please give me some suggestion on what to do???

A few things ~ if you're not doing so already start taking some pro-biotics to replace the "good" bacteria that was destroyed by the anti-biotics; second, get some good enzymes and take them about an hour before each meal; third ~ many have found help via msm ~ worth a shot. I understand carrot juice is good for the skin ~ internally.

Without more information about what you're eating, hard to give you more than that although, very often our dis-eases will become worse before becoming better. Google "retracing".

hmmmm what comes to mind is coconut oil, eaten and applied
MSM for sure
water (alot)
cleansing the colon on a regular basis

and after antibiotics, there is a whole lot of repair that will be in order

LOTSA GREEN JUICE! Quarts a day!!!

Diet:


Lemon water in the morning with a green smoothie, but i have only been doing this recently.

Natures biotics


Dandelion and nettle tea, but again only recently.


Whole bag of spinach a day, about 500g-1000g of tomatoes, celery,half a cucumber and 1 avacado a day.



That is my diet now but i have only recently come off a high fruit diet wich i dont think was working.

MSM has been wonderful for my skin - to the point that strangers in stores have given compliments. I discovered MSM's benefits in the past year (I only take about 1/2 teaspoon of MSM crystals/powder each morning), but have sworn by Vitamins C & E for years. Also, I sometimes use the (Olive) Oil Cleansing Method (OCM), that I learned from RFT a couple of years ago and moisturize with a little olive oil during the winter.

I find that as long as I'm using at least one of the above, my skin remains clear. So, consider increasing your intake of foods that provide vitamins C & E and have MSM crystals/powder daily. Search old posts here for OCM discussions. Also, daily green smoothies with a lil olive or flaxseed oils added may help.

You're eating the same things EVERY day???? How long you been eating a whole bag of spinach and tomatoes? (I have NO idea what that amount of toms is). Fruit is good; balanced with greens and veggies. Fruit tends toward cleansing; veggies tend toward health-building.

Change up your greens; stop the tomatoes for about 3 days and see if there's a difference. Stay with something long enough to see if it's "working" or not.

I subscribe to this YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/RawRadiantHealth). She has talked alot about healing acne through raw. I believe she has a program for it also, on her blog. *Ü*
