Somebody told me that when u leave sunflower seeds in water over night they are healthier.
Is it true?

Sunflower seeds need at least 6 hours in water and then a good rinse to remove the digestive inhibitors.
All seeds are the same and require soaking.
You can go one step past soaking if you'd like. You can actually go ahead and sprout them too. For months I was only soaking them until I watched this video of Rene Oswald's (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSCv-39TWvE)on soaking and then sprouting before dehydrating them / creating your "staple stash".
I've been doing that ever since. *Ü*

What are the benefits of doing this?
She touches on why in the video. *Ü*
