You can, why not try it?
There are a lot of people who do eat the skin, I don't but it probably would be blended smooth in a good blender.

Absolutely. I never understood the "it feels like a caterpillar in my mouth!" type negative remarks geared towards kiwi skins. Well I guess I do understand. But I just don't get it... well you know what I kinda do get it don't I. I just don't agree thats it. So yeah... Eat skin 4 win.

I'd be afraid to eat the skins if they weren't organic, due to sprays.

Organic kiwis are rare where I live, so I'm not used to eating the skin.
Fact is, I pretty much only eat the skin off local fruits because imported fruits feels too dirty to me, and the skin just smells bad a lot of the time.
If I had kiwis in my back yard then I'd probably eat them with the skin on.

I knew it had to be a Kiwi when I read "Hair" in the Thread. Sure you can EAT it.

LOL...this is an awesome question...as I have this aversion to fuzz on my food. LOL I can't eat peach skins either. Never could as a kid...way worse as an adult. I peel both! :p

I just started eating kiwi skins, I didn't know you could eat them before. It adds more texture, and fiber, and you get more out of your money. I wasn't sure if I would like it, but it's good!

I've always loved the skin texture of kiwis, pears, and peaches :D
They always seem too bare to me if they're peeled. Hopefully you'll like/get used to them.
