:DYeah the thread is back.
AM:
apple
light green smoothie
Mid:
cashews
finger full of honey
spicy flax chips plus 2 avo guacomole loaded with garlic
PM:
Probably a kale tomato salad and banana icecream with strawberry garnish
Hope to be putting kale chips and rawritos in the dehydrator
Might also experiemnt with some sort of pie recipie tonight too

Day 21 for me. 3 RAWsome weeks baby! 3 weeks of the rest of my life!! I love this lifestyle. I love the food!
B: 1 orange, 1 grapefruit, some grapes, warm lemon water
L: strawberry banana ice cream- mmm soo good! This took forever to make in my food processor though b.c its more like a chopper and not very powerful, next time I'll let the nana thaw out a little bit before
THEN like 30 min later (working on my food combining) I had a big green smoothie w/ mixed dark greens, some cuke, an apple and a banana
D: some romaine with lemon juice/ EVOO, couple baby carrots, some cuke slices, 1/2 an avo/tomato guacamole with celery to dip in
