Today (12/16) is my Day 1
Things are going well.
OMG Dulse is delicious, I never knew.
Anyway I haven't eaten much today spent most of my time prepping planning and running errands.
Walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds soaking now.
Hope to get some kale chips in the dehydrator tonight, marinated eggplant strips already in there not sure that I'd call it RAW bacon cause I've not had pork in over a decade so I don't crave bacon but we'll see what it tast like when i take it out. I was originally planning to make a RAW babaganoush but....
B: water and apple
L: romaine, avo, tomato,nut yeast, dulse, EVOO
S: cashews, banana rolled in agave and grated cashews
D: romaine, avo, nut yeast, dulse, EVOO
S: apple, orange, cashew candy (grated cashew, honey and coconut flakes)
Hoping to make banana icecream with slices of strawberry when I get home tonight.
Feeling good. A bit hungry now 'bout to go eat dinner, thanks goodness for bananas a have two bunches in the car just in case!

Oh how I miss going to Sonic for my burger. Can I get that with ketchup, pickles, oh and some dirt?? Thanks
