Thank you everyone for the kind words. I'm not a real public type of person so it was hard for me to post those before pictures.

I have been RAW for almost 18 months now, but before that I was eating clean - no processed foods, but I was eating meat, fish & cooked foods, so I did lose a bit of weight before that. I would say it took me a year to get where I am today.

I find, in our new raw life, we are all being asked to do things we would not have done previously.

I made a video on raw emotions and although I have many others OUT THERE to the world, I kind of wanted that one private. But the site creater puts them out publicly. Sooooooooo...yup doing things that calls me to play a bigger game.

Funny when you go to pick public or private...it says public (to the whole world..or something like that) and then it says "highly recommended" !
