Okay I've been 80% raw for 5 weeks and I'm so physically tired now. I could fall asleep at the drop of a hat. I don't understand. Why am I so tired? What am I not getting enough of or am I getting too much of something? Please Help!!!!

80% raw doesn't say much. What are you eating?
My guess is that you aren't getting enough calories. But there could very well be other reasons.

Thanks peeps, here's additional info. For breakfast I usually have 3/4 tangerines, apples,blueberries,strawberries,bananas and spinach blended up into a smoothie. For lunch it's usually a salad with all kinds of veggies or fruit, nuts and a lara bar. For dinner it's a salad from somewhere or made here at the house or baked or steamed chicken/fish with steamed veggies. I drink water or crystal light most of the time. This is what I'm eating 85% of the time. I sometimes make some creative stuff out of one of the raw books. Thanks to everyone.

Well for starters lets get rid of the crystal light. Artificial sweeteners are not good for the body.
Make sure to get 15 minutes of direct sunlight (vitamin D)
A B-12 supplement
1 tsp spirulina per day
MORE GREENS (in your morning smoothie add as many greens as can fir in there, spinach, kale, parsley, etc.)
30 minutes of brisk walking

Great work on drinking a GREEN SMOOTHIE every day! I do always recommend MORE GREENS, personally - and fewer types of fruit. But it's not a hard and fast rule -- just getting those GREENS is great!

Watch FOOD, Inc.... then we can talk about the Chicken/Fish. ;) If you're eating them believing you need them for Protein/Bulk in your diet, well... you don't. ;) Climbin' off soapbox now.

Say goodbye to the Crystal Light. Processed, unnatural sugar drinks are gonna drag you down no matter how yummy they taste. Replace your Crystal Light with some juiced Apples! Or just drink MORE WATER...!
This is not a "diagnosis" response... this is simply my input... like Revvell said above: MORE information is needed for the Pros here (and there are a couple, but most folks here are just commentators like me) to suggest a course of action.

How much fluid are you drinking? (and, has been said, drop the drugs ~ Crystal Light is poison). Are you moving? I've found when I'm feeling tired, I need to MOVE more!
Other than that, what's changed in your home? New furniture, carpet, paint? Have you moved recently? There are a whole lot of things other than diet which can cause tiredness. Then again, when someone is cleansing, tired is a symptom.
Still, not enough info.
Oh! And it's possible you're sensitive to some of the fruits, especially if they're not organic ~ then, you may be sensitive to the sprays. *shrugs* Just guessing here.

You are doing alot of good stuff...need to do more good stuff and tweak out what is making you soooo tired?

I second that :)
Really try to eat more raw. Go to bed earlier, read a book to help make your eyes tired if that's what you need to do. Excerise is always good.
