I'm pretty new to raw, so a good salad dressing is key. I concocted this for a (non-raw) potluck to put on spinach salad, and everyone LOVED it! My dish was gone even before the cold cuts!
In a salad dressing shaker:
- add 2 avocadoes
- fill to top with apple cider vinegar
- add 3 soup spoons of honey
- add lots o' garlic
- salt and pepper
Shake lots! This stays perfectly green for days in the fridge. And tastes lemony, tart and creamy. You might also add some water if it's too thick.

I do not have a dressing mixer. about how much vinegar do you use? I bought some avocados for .40 each today.

I've since found that a hand mixer makes the dressing amazingly smooth! But failing that, a fork would work; just mash as much as possible.
I'd say about 1 part avocado to 1 part vinegar. You might find this too acidic, so you could cut the vinegar with water. The key is to add lots of pepper and good-quality honey.
Oh, and I've been making this and eating it every day! Goes with everything. :)

Can you put all the ingredients in a vitamix to blend instead of a salad shaker?

For sure! That'd be amazing.

Avo's for .40!?! 1.99 here for organic, 1.29 otherwise. Must try this dressing, sounds great!

Sure you can. I used my food processor - I guessed at the amount of acv, just went by the taste. :p

Had this dressing on shredded broccoli and carrots for lunch kind of like a nice slaw.

Yum! I made something similar to this but without the garlic and added lime. :)

lol I glanced at the title of this thread quickly and read it as 'Easiest and yummiest dessert ever!' and as I read I thought that's in bold:
In a salad dressing shaker:
- add 2 avocadoes avocadoes in a dessert, that's gonna be interesting
- fill to top with apple cider vinegar wait a minute, this is supposed to be a dessert? I'll keep reading
- add 3 soup spoons of honey at least there's something sweet
- add lots o' garlic maybe I should read the title again... ahhhh... DRESSING, not dessert!
- salt and pepper
Sounds like a good dressing, but maybe not a good dessert lol
