Just tried it earlier, made my first smoothie ever and was also my first green smoothie. Used a couple of bananas and a couple cups of frozen mango along with about a handful of parsley. Other than need a little more water and a little less banana it was great. One thing I'm wondering about though is the parsley, I ripped it off the stems and tossed those. I'm wondering if you use parsley in your smoothies do you put it in with the stems and everything or just the leaves?

I use it all although I usually use Italian Parsely.

I use just the leaves but I'm sure you can use all of it. I will have to try that on my next smoothie. I like using parsley with collards and banana, but that's just me. I know parsley is good for the kidneys and helps prevent kidney stones.

thanks for the replies, I'll just throw it all in there next time. I guess I was worried the blender would leave big chunks of stems or something.
