I started juicing about six weeks ago and really love. I can't believe how much better I feel however, I also want to lose about ten pounds and nothing is happening. Any suggestions. I intend to make this a life style but I also want to get the weight off as soon as possible. I am miserable.

You have not said if you are raw or what percentage raw you are.

about 85% raw

85% is not bad provided that the other 15% is not fast food or rubbish that is clogging up your system. My advise would be to keep the 15% to later in the day eat all the raw stuf first. That gives it a chance to vacate the property before the squatters arrive. They say that it is not what you eat that makes you heavy, it is what you can't get rid of so eat the lightest food first. Make sure that you are drinking enough water. Do you want to consider a short fast or clense. It will kickstart your system and your weight loss.

I've been eating raw until dinner and then I eat pretty healthy no fast food or junk sometimes I'm even raw for dinner. I would like to do a fast or cleanse but am not sure what to do. Can you help?

I can not understand why you have not lost weight. I lost about 7 lbs in the first 2 weeks and I thought that I had no weight to loose. I have never done a fast or a clense because I have been a healthy eater all my life and have a rather arrogant attitude ie. "I don't need that" but am beginning to think that it would not do me any harm. I am going to send you a private message and if there is anything that I can do to get you over this blocage then I will do it.

Like Alissa says, if you aren't losing weight, then it's NOT the raw food that is the challenge, it's any cooked food you are eating.

Instead of going through a fast or cleanse, why not just try 100% raw for 30 days and see what happens, I guarantee that you will be amazed at the end of those 30 days.

For me, I don't lose much weight high raw (80-90%); I just maintain and feel better.
I lost weight easily close to 100% raw though. This is all without adding excercise.
Just me though.
If I excercise regularly though and eat concously (high raw); I lose weight. Now think of all the wieght I would lose if I did both at once
:p working on it....so
I agree with RP, try going 100% for a 30 day challenge and see what happens!
