Flax Seeds and Gas?

I love the taste and health benefits of flax seeds. I regularly make flax crackers. However I always notice that I am struck with a lengthy bout of smelly gas afterwards. Is this something that my body will eventually get used to or is this just the way it is? Anyone who could shed any light on this subject?

I am a person who experiences gas if I do anything wrong but I have never had reason to blame Flax.
Are you sure that it is not whatever you eat with them.
It is usually bad food combining.

I get really bad gas when I consume flax seeds too.
