Just bought a sprouting jar!

I've been raw for almost 1yr & I've never sprouted anything before. I just bought a sprouting jar & wanted to know people's favorite's to sprout & maybe the easiest ones while I get started!!!

My favorites are alfalfa and red clover. You can sprout them together. I find these the easiest. *Ü*

Congratulations on beginning to Sprout. What particular kind of Jar did you buy? I know you said Sprout Jar. You can also buy Sprouting Lids that will fit over a regular Mason Jar or Spaghetti Sauce Jar. They usually come 3 to a pack.

It has a sprouting lid! It also came with some seeds to sprout but apparently they sprout alot so I might need another jar for all the seeds.
