My first batch of mung bean sprouts are ready and I wondered, what's your favorite way to use them?

funny you should ask this - this morning I posted the Fajita recipe in the "what's your favorite non-dehydrated meal thread" and today I made them again and added mung sprouts - sooooo good!!!!

On salads as is and as noodles for Pad Thai

I do want to try them in the fajitas - I love the flavor and the crunch!

Thank you ginadj and Shine! That's the same fajita recipe I make too ginadj ~ isn't it good? And yes, I can see where that would be tasty adding the m.b. sprouts to a fajita... and in a plain salad too Shine.

Often, just in a bowl with the juice of a lemon, dash of salt, touch of oil. I've added them to sprouted chick pea hummus, kale chip dressing, veggie burgers, wraps or tacos.
