As I was walking through the supermarket and smelled the aroma of chicken cooking, I started to wonder... I'm smelling the stuff, practically tasting it... how much of it am I actually eating?

Considering we put forth so much effort keeping what goes into our mouth as raw as possible, why is it that raw foodies don't take a second look at the air we breathe? Our cities are packed with fast food restaurants, dog food factories, ordinary citizens that cook, CARS... I mean is exhaust raw? I think not. So I'm guessing that atleast 50 percent of what we breathe isn't raw. Food for thought, see how long it takes to digest.

I now rock a professional grade dustmask every wear I go. You never know when you'll get caught breathing in a particle that isn't 100% raw.

knowing your funniness, I am sort of thinking you are totally messin with us here. 100 raw air...??? um well some are going to lvie there but not me YET

Although I know this is important, however very unavoidable in our world (google chemtrails if u want add fuel to your fyah) and so I do the best I can.
So much is unseen.(If I can see the air then I am really worried..eeeek)

If I am keeping my body as clean as I can, I am also asking it to do its job of cleaning up what does come in.

Otherwise, if I got so technical with it all, I would just get on that bus that circles round, you know, the one with the straigh jackets on board.

As for what I can do (YES I DO TAKE HUGE LOOKS AT WHAT I BREATHE)
I filter the air in my home, my room where I sleep. Try not to travel highly trafficed roads and moved out of a city into the country.

Have no chem cleaners or toxins in my home. Green all the way. Get in forests to breathe as oftena s I can and never run near roads.

Keeping it real and do as much as I can.

I can just see you with that sexy partical dust mask now. Betcha' start a NEW TREND.

On the serious side, I actually get very sick breathing in "SCA: Standard City Air".... I stay inside or get to the Country as often as I can. :) This isn't a new Raw thing, it's just the way I was constructed internally.

My body can't handle Polluted Air and Carpet or Synthetic Clothing, for that matter, either.... and most SAD foods make me one ill little bunny.

I LOVE that my clever little Body is so in-tune with what's GOOD in life!!! She loves fresh water, fresh air, forested areas, the Countryside, RAW foods and tile floors! :D

This does matter to many of us - it factors in to where we choose to put down our roots. I know it did with our little family. We live in a small town in the mountains. Our air is very nice indeed! (most of the time anyways)

Move to Montana, they don't call us the Big Sky Country for nuthin. Though one of our larger city does get inversions in the winter, where I live it is so windy that smog particle doesn't stand a chance.
