Need Help With Alissa's Calzone Recipe

I really want to make Alissa's Calzone Recipe but I don't have any buckwheat and I have never been able to find any. Has anyone ever made this using something else? And if so what did you use and how did it come out?

Hi Alisha ~ You might like to do a search (if you haven't already :) I know I've seen posts about Alissa's calzones, maybe someone posted something that might help you out. I haven't tried the recipe yet, or I'd pipe in!

Maybe try Sprouted Lentils... It's pretty much wonderful the way Alissa made it, though... Let us know how it comes out!!! :)
