Hi slbgraham,

Seeds are raw, when they are soaked they become sprouts and are living foods. For example, an unsoaked almond is raw, when it is soaked it becomes living.

Unpasterurized Miso is made with cooked soybeans. The miso is fermented and is considered a living food.

Olive oil is considered a raw food, but it probably can't carry the life-force energy so it isn't a living food.

Kirlian photography shows the energy and electricity found in living foods. The book "Eating for Beauty" has many awesome kirlian photo's.
