Anyone in or near Maryland???

Hi, I am new to all this--just started yesterday. Anyone from the MD area? I have some shopping questions and have no clue where to go. Besides the fact everyone I know thinks I have lost my mind so it would be nice to know there is another "raw" person in the area.

I was in VA, outside of DC - and Annapolis. Lots of raw everything! In fact ... most industrialized centers..and those who carry tourists ( for a period of time ) will have centers for health, healing, nutrition, good food, and "groupies".

I have sister that lives in Olney just outside of Silver Springs- She sometimes picks thing up for me at Whole Foods on Rockville Pike or Trader Jopes also on the Pike
