Just wondering what containers are best for warming liquids in the dehydrator. Tupperware? Plastic? Glass?
Do you cover them or leave uncovered?
Thanks very much!

Ooh excellent question and something I've been wondering myself as I'm going to allow myself to get some "new" dishes in the Spring...
What about Pyrex?
Anyone?

I use Pyrex glass... NEVER plastic (I've been "off plastic" for three months now and believe that's almost as important as eating raw and organic).

GLASS or ceramic. As a general rule I leave everything uncovered. That way any moisture sweated out of the veggies will be dried up and not make the dish soggy. Soups could be covered.
I've used glass and Pyrex - never plastic... that's just me. *Ü*
